Module 1 Relationships Unit 3 Friends from other countries (Stage 2) Listening and speaking: Penfriends from different countries 设计说明 先让学生小组讨论他们所知道的国家,由此导入新课。通过给学生展示一些照片,让他们写出由此想到的国家及这个国家的人,这样,让他们回顾国家及对应国家的人的英语表达。通过让学生结对练习,巩固学生对国家、对应国家的人以及大数的表达。接下来,让学生明确现在完成时的用法,为后面的听说做准备。通过听对话及小组分角色朗读,让学生熟悉表达,为后面自由输出做准备。通过让学生在小组内询问曾去过的国家或阅读过相关材料的国家,检验学生对重要内容的掌握情况,并提高他们的应用能力。接下来,对部分知识点进行讲解。最后,设置结对练习,让他们谈论曾去过的城市或者阅读过与该城市相关的材料,锻炼学生的口语表达能力。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握本课节新词汇:penfriend, magazine; 会用现在完成时进行表达; 能够使用near/far from表达方位; 掌握句型:Which country have you visited/read about? 2.能力目标 能够听懂有关是否去过其他国家或阅读过与这些国家相关的材料的对话。能够对这一话题进行谈论。 3.情感目标 善于倾听,并能准确表达自己的意思。 重点难点 重点:掌握本课节新词汇penfriend, magazine。会用现在完成时进行表达。能够使用near/far from表达方位。掌握句型Which country have you visited/read about? 难点:能够听懂有关是否去过其他国家或阅读过与这些国家相关的材料的对话。能够对这一话题进行谈论。 教学准备 PPT课件;活动Listen and say的录音;有关各国的照片 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warming up 1. Talk in groups. Ask and answer. (1) Do you know any countries in the world? (2) How do you know about them, on books, on TV, on the newspaper or on the magazines? (3) What’s the country famous for, food, interesting places, animals or sports? 2. Ask some students to share their answers. Step 2 Revision 1. Show some pictures. 2. Ask the students to write down the country and the people that they can think of. (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 3. Give an example if necessary. For example, the UK/Britain; Briton 4. Check the answers together.
