Ss learn to talk about what they did in the past. Ss improve their listening and speaking skills. 学 习 过 程 Ⅰ. Warming-up 1.Let the students watch a video about traveling. It is aimed to lead to the key word “vacation”. Ⅱ. Presentation 1.The teacher ask the students: what did we do (show a picture of the teacher and let the students guess.) Then, the teacher will explain the usage of ”vacation”. 2. (show some pictures on the big screen) Present some new words and expressions to the Ss. They learn new words and phrases in the sentences. At the same time, they will master the key sentences. 3.Ss further master the past tense of the new words and expressions. 4. Game: 通过转盘游戏,转到哪个词组,学生就立马说出对应的过去式。 5. Practice: Work on 1a The students have to match the activities with the pictures. Then, the teacher checks the answer. After that, the students have to try to remember these phrases. Ⅲ. Listening Listen and number the people in the picture. Check the answers. Ⅳ. Pair work Work on 1c. 1. Make conversations about the people in the picture. 2.
