Lesson 5:A Basketball Game Lesson 5:A Basketball Game 1.能听、说、读、写game,ask,very,answer,policeman。 2.能准确熟练地朗读课文,语调自然,语音清楚,表达正确。 3.综合运用所学句子描述一项运动比赛。 重点:会听、说、读、写以下单词:game,ask,very,answer,policeman。 难点:能用所学词汇和句子描述一场简单的比赛。 Step 1 热身(Warmup) 1.Free talk. T:Hello,everyone! How are you today Are you happy now 2.全班齐唱lesson 4中的歌曲“Oh,what did you do?”。 Step 2 复习(Review) Game:Guess the word. 全班分成两大组,每组派一名学生站到讲台上,背对大屏幕,屏幕上出现不同的动作图片,小组成员做动作,讲台上的学生猜测,先猜对的组获胜,并加一分。 打:play    买:buy 观看:watch 胜利:win Step 3 新课呈现(Presentation) 1.拼词游戏。 课件演示一些凌乱的字母,如:aktalbsebl,教师拼写出单词basketball。课件上随后出现一个跳动的篮球。 2.讲授新单词。 A.讲授新词:game (1)示范展示 【百度视频】卡特和乔丹篮球比赛 T:What are they doing Ss:They are playing basketball. T:Yes,you are right. I like this game very much. 教师通过问答的方式引导学生懂得单词“game”的意思,领读并板书。 (2)操练 随后课件演示足球比赛和乒乓球比赛的照片,师生对话进一步巩固“game”一词。 T:What did you do this evening S1:I watched football game. What about you,S2 S2:I watched pingpong game. … B.讲授:ask,answer 姚明 百度搜索出示学生们熟悉的篮球运动员姚明的照片。 T:Can I ask you some questions?(教师加重ask的读音并板书ask) Ss:Yes. T:Who is he?Who can answer?(教师加重answer的读音并板书answer) Ss:Yao Ming. 教师领读:ask和answer。 C.讲授:very (1)邓亚萍,姚明 T:Who is shorter,Deng Yaping or Yao Ming Ss:Deng Yaping. T:Yes. She is very very short. 教师边说边做动作让学生理解very。 (2)示范展示 为了更好地帮助学生理解very一词,课件演示大象、老鼠等让学生进行描述。 S1:The elephant is very big. S2:The mouse is very small. … 教师板书并领读。 3.引入课文第一部分。 T:We watched a wonderful basketball game just now,right?Now,let's watch another basketball game. Let's open our books and look at No.1 in Lesson 5. (1)设问引入课文。 Who is Bob?(He is a good basketball player.) Which team did Bob's team play with?(Orange Team.) Which team was the winner?(Bob's team.) (2)听录音跟读。 (3)检查上面的问题。 (4)找自告奋勇的学生来领读课文。 4.学习课文第二部分。 (1)将学生分为几个小组,课件演示问题。 (2)讨论课文中的问题。 What game did you play Where did you play the game When did you play the game Which team won 要求学生小组讨论,并写在纸上。 (3)检查答案。 Step 4 操练(Practice) 1.将全班分成若干小组(每4人一组)。先利用自己准备的教具向其他组员介绍自己的某个家人,然后每组中找出一个向其他组介绍本组的队员和比赛情况。每组可以有自己的特长,不局限于篮球比赛,给学生一些时间组织语言和思考,教师巡视,帮助有困难的学生。 2.组织学生在班内表演,表演前提出以下要求: a.能介绍本组表演的名称。 b.能介绍本组的队员。 c.汇报比赛情况。 d.裁判胜负情况。 Step 5 巩固和拓展(Consolidation and Extension) Practice to say the game. 1.Play the game.
