课件网) 专题三 数词 ● 基本知识：数词用法相当于名词或形容词，可以分为基数词和序数词两大类。 知识点1 基数词 ● 基本知识：表示人或物的数量。 1．基数词的构成与拼读 基数词 用法 例子 1—12 无规律 one，two，three，four，five，six，seven，eight，nine，ten，eleven， twelve 13—19 以 teen结尾 thirteen，fourteen，fifteen，sixteen，seventeen，eighteen，nineteen 20—99 以 ty结尾 twenty，thirty，forty，fifty，sixty，seventy，eighty，ninety 21—99 十位和个位之间加“ ” twenty one，thirty two，forty three 101—999 百位后用and，十位和个位加“ ” one hundred and six，three hundred and forty two 大于 1000的 从右往左数，每三位数加个逗号，第一个逗号加thousand，第二个逗号加million，第三个逗号加billion three thousand and six thirty four thousand，five hundred and sixty four hundred fifty six thousand，seven hundred and eighty nine two million，three hundred and forty five thousand，six hundred and seventy eight twenty three million，four hundred and fifty six thousand，seven hundred and eighty nine fourteen billion，five hundred million，six hundred thousand，five hundred and sixty seven 注：1.特别关注thirteen，fifteen，twenty，thirty，forty和fifty的拼写。 2．表示具体数目的hundred，thousand，million等均不用复数。如five hundred students。 3．百位数和十位数之间通常加连词and；十位数与个位数之间要加连字符。 2．基数词的基本用法 注：基数词＋名词(＋形容词)，各词之间须用连字符“ ”连接，各词只能用单数。 用法 例子 放在1以上的可数名词前，名词要用复数形式 He has a/one sister and two brothers. “基数词＋名词(＋形容词)”放在名词前 a two week holiday, an eight year old boy 3．基数词用于时刻 用法 例子 基数词前用介词at，整点时，数词后可接o'clock，半点之前的时间常用past，表示“几点过几分”；半点之后的时间常用to，表示“差几分到几点”。半小时用half；一刻钟用quarter或fifteen eight (o'clock)(8：00)，ten past eight(8：10)， half past ten(10：30), a quarter to ten(9：45) 时刻的读法 顺读法：先小时后分钟；逆读法：先分钟后小时；分钟少于30用 past ；分钟多于30用to，且分钟要用60减，小时要加1。如8：40读成twenty to nine。 4.基数词用于年、月、日 用法 例子 在某年，in＋年 in 2017 在某月，in＋月 in July 在某年某月，in＋月＋逗号＋年 in August，2017 在某年某月某日，on＋月＋日＋逗号＋年；on＋日＋月＋逗号＋年 on August 2/2 nd，2017；on 2/2 nd August，2017 5.基数词用于年代、世纪 注：年代前用the，世纪翻译成中文要比年份多1。如in the 1890s 19世纪90年代。 用法 例子 表示“几十年代”，in ＋ the＋逢十的基数词的复数 in the 19th century，in the 1890s 6．基数词用于编号 用法 例子 基数词 1.事物名词(不加冠词)＋ 基数词 2．须大写每个单词的首字母 Lesson One, Part Three, Channel Five, Page Four， Gate Nine, World War Two 序数词 1.定冠词＋序数词＋事物名词 2．除专用名词外，无须大写每个单词的首字母 the first lesson，the third part，the fifth channel, the fourth page, the ninth gate，the Second World War 7.基数词的其他用法 用法 例子 in＋one's＋逢十基数词的复数，表示“几十岁，几十多” in his fifties 表示表达“成百上千”“成千上万”等大概数目 hundreds of，thousands of，mil ... ...
