新标准英语(一年级起点)第八册 Module 9 Unit 1 Why do you like Australia 教学设计 教材分析： 本课是《新标准英语》(一年级起点)四年级下册第九模块第一单元内容。本课的具体内容是：Amy和Lingling正在看一张澳大利亚的地图时，引发的一段对话。文中Amy告诉Lingling，她很喜欢澳大利亚，将来还打算要去那里，从而激起了Lingling的好奇心，开始询问原因，Amy回答说因为她喜欢考拉和袋鼠，他们很可爱。Lingling看到窗外Sam和Tom正在爬树，打趣说他们也很可爱。重点学习的语言结构是运用Why… 询问原因，用Because…来进行回答。在理解本课内容，学习本课重难点知识的同时，帮助学生初步了解澳大利亚的相关知识，比如地图、语言、国旗、当地动物等。 学情分析 ： 四年级的学生有一定的语言基础,在三年级下学期就解除了疑问词Why，但当时只是了解这个词是询问原因的，而本课学习了它的回答，用Because…引导的答句。基于本课的特点，我在教法设想和学法指导上坚持以情景话题为核心，以功能、结构为主线，以任务型活动贯穿教学始终，运用直观教学法，情景教学法，交际法，多媒体辅助教学法等教学方法，帮助学生在视听说读唱玩演等饶有趣味活动中，相互合作，体验参与，自主地、愉快地学习英语，发散思维，发展能力，维持兴趣。 教学目标： 认知能力培养目标： 1.在情景中理解、会听并运用because； 2. 在语境中了解language、Australian、kangaroo； 3. 明确Australia和Australian的区别； 4. 理解运用Why… 询问原因，用Because…来进行回答。 实践能力培养目标：运用Why… 询问原因，用Because…来进行回答，使学生能在真实语言情景中用所学的英语表达自己的观点,用英语介绍自己所喜爱的事物及原因。 情感、态度、价值观培养目标： 通过了解澳大利亚的国旗，地图，动物等风土人情，培养学生的跨文化意识。 重、难点：使用Why… 询问原因，用Because…来进行理由的说明。 关键：通过设计不同梯度的练习形式及多种学生合作学习途径突破难点，培养学生的思维品质，达到综合语言运用的能力。 手段：CD-ROM、图片 、多媒体课件 教学过程： 一、Preparation 1.Greetings. 2.Let’s sing a song. “Children from China are Chinese.” 3.
