T:Class,what sport do you like Would you like to tell us S: Yes! T: Now, let’s play a game! You act, we guess! S1:表演跑步 S: Running T: Wow, S1, Can you run fast S1: Yes! T: Oh, you are good at running. (伸出大拇指表示赞扬,让孩子们理解be good at 的意思是在某方面做得好,擅长某件事。) S2:表演打篮球 S:playing basketball T: Hi, S2, Can you do it well (通过do well让孩子们进一步体会be good at 的意思) S: Yes. T: Great! You are good at it. S3: 表演游泳 S:Swimming. T: Swimming is good for health. I like it.(渗透运动有益健康) S4: 表演踢足球 S: playing football. T:Hi, S4, my favourite sport is playing football, too. Would you like to know more about it Today let’s come to Unit 5 Sports Lesson 1 What club would you like to join 设计意图:五年级的孩子已经有一定的语言基础,free talk比较容易开展。针对小学生勇于表现自己这一特质,我设置了“You act, we guess”活动,大大提高了孩子参与的积极性。依据课文中出现的“Would you like……”句型和“be good at”词组,在孩子们表演完之后,我利用以上两个知识点设计了free talk,课标中要求孩子们能在图片、图像、手势的帮助下,听懂简单的话语或录音材料,因此我在讲解be good at 的用法时采用手势、和已学词组相结合的方式,帮助孩子们深入理解词组的含义。 Step 2. Presentation (1) 情景导入 T: (接着呈现Jenny、Peter、Guo Yang and Danny 在宣传栏前谈话的图片) Look, Jenny 、Peter、Guo Yang and Danny are in front of the school poster. What’s the poster about S: Sports….. T:Clubs.(展示club,由class/mum引入club,强调字母u的发音。) (2)课文听力第一遍,整体感知课文文本 T: Class, there are lots of sports clubs in Jenney’s school. What sports clubs do they have Would you like to know about it S: Yes. T: Ok, let’s turn to page 40. Watch the video carefully then circle the answers. S: Listen for the first time T: Have you got the answer S: Yes. T: Who’d like to show me the answer S: Table tennis Club, Football Club and Basketball Club. T: So clever. You are good at English. T:: Class, Please read after me.
