Unit 2 Ways to go to school Part A Let’s learn 教学设计 教学目标 1.知识与能力目标 A.能够听、说、读词组:on foot, by train, by plane, by taxi, by bus,by subway B.能够正确使用上述词组谈论或描述交通方式的选择 C.能够听、说、读句型How do we get there By bus. D.知道英语句子中词串朗读时的音变现象 2.情感目标 能够通过学习培养学生积极参与集体活动的意识,使学生更多了解现代社会科技的发展,刺激学生的学习欲望 学情分析 本节课是第二单元的第二课时。经过第一课时的学习,学生了解了句型How do you come to school By car/By bus/By bike的使用,也基本掌握了如何表达交通工具的选择,但更多交通工具名称的英语表达,特别是对高科技时代现代化交通工具知道的并不多,因此通过词汇学习可以很好的弥补这一缺陷,也可以激发学生的学习热情,起到一箭双雕的功效。 鉴于部分学生单词的朗读无问题,但在句子的朗读时不甚注意部分单词在词串中会发生一定的音变(如连读、爆破音失去爆破等),因此在句型How do we get there 朗读时,对get there的发音给予一定的关注。 重点难点 1.学习词组:on foot, by train, by plane, by taxi, by bus, by subway 2.能够使用本部分核心句型How do we get there By bus谈论交通方式的选择。 教学过程 教学活动 【导入】Step1.热身(Warm-up) Ask the students to look at the pictures and talk about them by using the learned key sentences: How do you come/go to... By... 【活动】Step2.问题导学(Q-leading-in) 1.Q:If the distance is very long, can we still go on foot 2.Think. Ask the students to think about the above question and try to find out the answer. 3.Guess. Maybe some students know some words, such as: plane, train, etc. Then help them find out more new words about transport 3.Pictures show. Show students the new words about the ways of transport on the screen and ask the students to listen and repeat. 【练习】Step3.看图说话(Look and talk) Show the students six pictures about different places on the screen and ask them to watch carefully, then talk about them. Show a mind map to the whole class. Ask the students to look at it.Think and talk about where they want to go and how they will go.. 【讲授】Step4.听音并模仿(Listen and repeat) Play the tape of the dialogue for the students to listen and repeat. Ask them to pay attention to the sound of get there. 【活动】Step5.实践与进步(Practice and progress) Ask the students to practise the dialogue in pairs and then let some pairs to show it to the whole class. See which pair can do the best. 【讲授】Step6.总结(Summary) Sum up what has been learned in this period. 【作业】Step7.作业布置(Homework) 1.Learn the phrases by heart.(Reading and writing) 2.Deal with the activity book, Part A.
