If you go to the Science Museum website, you’ll find lots of good information. b b b The 6 sentences are all talking about: Possible situations in the future (将来可能发生的情形） Let’s read the sentences again and summarize the sentence pattern: If clause: If + Present Simple（一般现在时） main clause: will / won’t + do (infinitive without to)（不带to的不定式） Here we introduce a new term: First Conditional（第一条件句） We use the above mentioned sentence pattern to express First Conditional.（我们用上面提到的句型来表达第一条件句） We use First Conditional to talk about possible situations in the future.（我们用第一条件句来表达将来的可能发生的情形） Part1 First Conditional（第一条件句） We use First Conditional : 1.To talk about possible future events which depend on other future events; （根据其他将来事件，将来有可能发生的事件） To be brief, possible situations in the future. The pattern is If clause: If + Present Simple（一般现在时） main clause: will / won’t +do infinitive without to（不带to的不定式 Let’s practise 1.If it rains, 2.If I pass the examination, 3.If I don’t finish my homework, 4.If the weather is good, You are asked to complete the conditional sentences by talking about yourselves.
