Revise the word of Unit 1 and lead the kids into the English learning atmosphere. Step 2 Leading in A rabbit come out and say : I don’t like noodles and rice. I don’t like ginger. I don’t like onions. I don’t like ... Step 3 Presentation Present the new words of Unit 2 by PPT . Let the kids listen and repeat . Then let the kids find the differences. Make sure they can use the words correctly. Step 4 Game Game1 : Match the words to the Chinese meaning. Game 2: I show the objects one by one and the kids say the words. Step 5 Presentation Present the sentences “I don’t like ginger. I don’t like onions. I don’t like… ”. The kids listen and follow. Step 6 Practice Let the kids watch a small lesson of video with some children’s demonstration . And then let the class practice in groups. Step 7 Story Time T : Let’s watch a video .Please watch carefully and think : What’s the matter with Sam Does Sam like ginger/onions Lead the kids to answer the questions. Make sure they can understand the small story. Step 8 Exercise Do an exercise. Lead the kids to fill in the blanks about the story. Step 9 Act out Play the video again. Let the kids listen and repeat. Encourage them to retell the story. Act out the story if possible. Step 10 Summary Ask some kids to say what they learned today. Then I introduce the differences between Chinese and Western customs. Step 11 Homework 1.Read the words and sentences you learned accurately and fluently.(One star) 2.Act out the story for your parents. Pay attention to pronunciation and intonation. (Two stars) 3.Draw the food your family likes and try to say them in English.(Three stars.)
