It’s here, in the east / west / north / south并能根据不同的地点描述其方位。 三、教学难点 1.运用句型Where is ... It’s here, in the east / west / north / south讲述某地的地理位置和相关的基本信息。 2.运用所学知识在现实生活中与人交流。 四、教学准备:多媒体教学课件、单词卡片、长城图片 五、教学过程 Step1 Warming up 1.Missing game. Revise the new words of last lesson by using the word cards to play the missing game: more than thousand million kilometre something Step2 Leading in 1.课件出示一张长城的图片,引导学生说picture, picture,It’s a picture of the Great Wall.强调a picture of ... Step3 Presentation 1.课件出示一张中国地图,引导学生用汉语表达其名称,教学单词map. 高低声朗、指名读、分组读。给学生介绍中国地图,引导学生说It’s a map of China. And China is our country,引出新单词并教学country.课件出示世界地图,用句子Is it a map of China 来提问,让学生根据图片用学过的知识点Yes, it is.或No, it isn’t.来作答,再出示中国地图继续问Is it a map of China ,当学生回答Yes, it is.后及时表扬学生You are right.教学单词right. 2.课件出示西湖美景,让学生说出西湖美景所在的城市,提问:Where is the West Lake 出示中国地图,教学方位词west, north, south, east.多种形式操练单词,引出in the south/ west/ east/ north. 指着中国地图上的城市名称用Where is ... 引导学生用It’s in the south/ west/ east/ north. 学生两人一组运用句型Where is ... It’s in the south/ west/ east/ north.来进行问答。 3.播放Activity 1 Look ,listen and say,学生第一次听音,初步感知内容,播放第二遍,学生逐句跟读训练,再听第三遍,学生大声朗读。 4.学生根据老师的提示完成Activity 3Look and write .Then ask and answer.的填空,分组完成对话。 5.教学活动7 Write and talk 引导学生看图,范讲句式,重点强调It’s in the east of China.再让学生根据这个写作格式,介绍the Great Wall. Step4 Practise (1)在地图上标注东(east)、南(south)、西(west)、北(north)。学生拼读这些单词的发音。然后用学生喜欢、也容易模仿的chant来重复学习方位。 East, east, in the east. West, west, in the west. South, south, in the south. North, north, in the north. (2)做转法游戏:全体同学起立, 老师给出口令, Please turn to the north.
