Instructional objectives 1) recycle name of subjects and adjectives to describe a person(especially teachers); 2) skim to summarize the main idea of each paragraph with the help of key words; 3) scan to find out how the writer convince us when he describes his new teachers; 4) make an outline(mind-map) of the composition themed “my favorite teacher”; 5) develop four skills, mainly reading (skimming; scanning) & writing(how to make your description vivid and convincing). 2.
