四年级下册Module People Unit2 She is very kind Story time阅读拓展课教学设计 一、教学内容 本课时是一节阅读拓展课，语言功能项目是Talking about people。在此之前，学生已经掌握了Who’s…/looks like，What is …like ， He/she is …等描述人物特征（职业、外貌、性格等）的英语表达。本课时是四年级下册Module 1 People整个模块教学中的最后一个阅读拓展课时。本节课的教学内容与人物描述紧密相连，旨在通过阅读教学激发学生学习的兴趣，进行阅读技能和策略的进一步指导，突出信息的交流和互动，促进听说技能，发展读写技能，提高学生综合运用语言的能力。 本课时教学内容选取《攀登英语阅读系列·分级阅读第二级》中的“My Friend”为文本，故事里的“我”有一个“形影不离”的神奇朋友，她有时高，有时矮，有时在我左边，有时在我右边......她可真有趣！此文本的小女孩好奇地观察着自己形影相伴的“朋友”，内容引人入胜。文本中的结构化的句式帮助学生减轻认知负担，使学生饶有兴趣地进行阅读。 二、学情分析 授课对象为四年级的学生，他们活泼好动，爱听爱说，而且善于口头模仿。小学生的心理和年龄特点决定了学生对有趣的听、说、唱、做、游戏、玩、演、视听等生动活泼的教学活动更感兴趣。他们对英语阅读兴趣浓厚，已经有一定的语言积累，具备了语音意识，能用完整的句子表达自己的观点，初步掌握了听读、跟读、朗读、预测故事发展、借助图片推测故事大意等基本阅读策略与技巧。 教学目标 （一）能在图片的帮助下，提取文本主要信息，理解故事大意。 （二）通过图片和已有生活经验，预测故事情节。 （三）能模仿、朗读故事。 （四）能读懂难度相当的相关主题文本 （五）能在小组活动中培养合作精神和科学探究精神。 四、教学重难点 （一）理解故事大意并能完成相关的任务。 （二）能读懂难度相当的相关主题文本以及小组完成手影秀活动。 五、教学策略 在教学中注重对学生阅读能力的培养，采取以学生为中心的教学方式，激发学生的学习动机，调动学生阅读的积极性，多以理解，分析，判断，辨析等教学活动来激活学生的思维。在活动设计时本着体验学习、合作学习、思维学习的教学理念，将语言学习和多种能力的培养渗透到课堂活动和教学任务中，努力为孩子们提供一个不断感知、不断探索、不断提高的成长空间。 六、教学过程 教学环节 教师活动 学生活动 设计意图 读前Pre-reading 1.
