Lesson 2 What are you going to do tomorrow 课时教学目标 1. 语言知识与技能: (1) 能尝试运用发音规律,正确拼读本课Saturday, 并在语言链中理解其含义,结合语篇理解always, never, be going to do的含义。 (2) 能在故事创设的语境中,较为熟练地运用本单元的核心句型: What are you going to do I’m going to… What is he going to do He’s going to… 谈论自己的计划,他人的计划。 (3) 通过观看整个故事,以关键词who, what, how, why来提纲挈领,理解文章大意,表演或者复述故事。通过精读,从语篇中提取具体的信息,理解句子isn’t…or…。 2.学习能力: 尝试利用各种资源,完成学习任务。在与同伴、教师的合作交流中提升表达能力。 3.思维品质: 尝试从语篇中提取、分析、归纳、整合,运用信息,绘出思维导图。学习从具体到抽象,批判性的思维方式,并进行有层次有详略的表达。 4. 文化意识: 通过跟读,模仿,在故事语境中体会主人公情绪情感的变化,升华感情,深化主题,养成说到做到,言而有信的思维品格。 学情分析 本课围绕 “plan”这一话题展开,话题贴近学生生活实际,易于理解和表达, 在设计活动过程中,阅读前歌曲导入方式,同时适度拓展,进而引出What are you going to do 。阅读中引导学生观察图片充分预测、整体输入初步感知、深入细节体验模仿、充分朗读体验情感。阅读后复述语篇,模仿语句,表演故事或复述语篇实现内化语言,输出语言,在掌握扎实的前提下对比阅读,进行语篇练习与拓展,在学习过程中充分发挥学生的主体作用。 重点难点 教学重点: 1.在熟练运用 I’m going to …句型的基础上理解语篇的大意,进而利用关键词理解语篇。 教学难点: 1.通过精读理清文章的线索:一条是场景的变化;另一条是故事中人物的情感变化。两条线索同时出现,交相呼应。 2.正确理解和朗读,理解“Are you ,John”的含义,复述语篇并进行相关话题的拓展。 教学过程 2.3 第一学时 Pre-reading 活动1【导入】 歌曲热身. 1.Greeting. T: Hello, boys and girls. Good afternoon. Ss: Good afternoon. 2. 引出话题“plan” (1)T: Let’s sing a song : What are you doing to do We are going to visit the moon. We can go to the moon by bike. We can go there by ship, too. … (2) T: Can you talk about your plan, what are you going to do this weekend S1: I’m going to play football. S2: I’m going to do some shopping. (阅读前充分运用本单元的核心句型,充分发散,使学生具备一定的语言积累) (3) T: Today let’s recognize a new friend, his name is John, let’s read the story of him.(板书John简笔画,保留悬念,为阅读做好铺垫) While –reading 1. Read the whole story in silent and fast. 快速整体阅读。 T: After reading, can you ask some questions about it eg. Who is the story Ss: OK. S1:Who is Mr going to-do (板书 Mr Going- to-do ) S2:Why is John called “Mr Going –to –do ” (板书) S3: What happens T: Let’s discuss in pairs. (两人一组讨论,划出关键词,迅速解决这些问题) P1: John P2:John is called Mr Going- to-do, because he says but he never does. (T: “never” how to read “ never” means someone doesn’t do ever before. we can say “never does” ) T:No one answer Questions 3, it’s a little difficult. 2. Listen and point Part 2 . 细读,提取信息,提炼出话题“计划”。 (1) T: After reading we know, John goes to Mr Smith’s house and talks with him. When, and talk about what P1: Every Saturday. P ... ...
