Module 1 Using my five senses Unit 3 How noisy! 教学目标 1.通过Listen and say的情景对话,帮助学生复习相关句型,谈论彼此身髙.体 重及课余生活的话题。 2.通过Look and learn及Listen and say学习单元核心词汇, 3.通过Do a survey的调查任务,让学生在真实的情景中运用语言。 学情分析 学生能询问、表达和描述有关人与人之间基本情况的差异,以及生活环境的差异。 重点难点 词汇学习:centimetre, kilogram, weigh, fan, go fishing 句型复习:I'm 150 centimetres tall. I usually play football after school. 日常用语:How exciting! That’s fantastic! 教学过程 【导入】You and me Pre-task preparations 1.询问学生每天放学后的活动。 T: What do you usually do after school SI: 1 usually read books and listen to music. S2: I usually ride a bike. 2.把学生分成四人小组,请每位学生讲述自己每天早晨、中午和晚上做的事。 SI: I get up at seven o’clock in the morning. I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I go to school. I eat lunch at school. In the evening, I always do my homework and read newspapers. While-task procedures 1.在黑板上写下“170”,让学生用英文快速读出数字。根据学生的回答引出旬型:I’m 170 centimetres tall. How tall are you T: (write 170 on the blackboard) What number is it SI: It’s one hundred and seventy. T: One hundred and seventy. I’m one hundred and seventy centimetres tall, (show your height and write centimetre on the blackboard) 请学生跟读centimetre,然后请学生说出自己的身高. T: How tall are you SI: I'm one hundred and fifty-nine centimetres tall. T: How tall are you S2: I'm one hundred and sixty-two centimetres tall. 2.教师顺着上述活动中最后一个学生的话语引出句型:I'm fifty-nine kilograms How much do you weigh T: I know you're one hundred and sixty-two centimetres tall. But how tail am I Do you remember SI: You're one hundred and seventy centimetres tall. T: That’s right. And I weigh fifty-nine kilograms, (write kilogram and weigh on the blackboard) 请学生跟读kilogram,然后请学生说出自己的体重。 T: How much do you weigh SI: I weigh forty-two kilograms. T: How much do you weigh S2: I weigh thirty-seven kilograms. 3_出示Listen and say的图片,播放录音,学生边听边看图片。再次播放录音,教师板书对话中出现的生词taller,帮助学生理解词义。 T: (write taller on the blackboard and ask a student to stand beside the teacher) Look at... He's one hundred and fifty centimetres tall. I'm one hundred and seventy centimetres tall. So I'm taller. 然后分别请两个高矮不一的学生站起来, 教师问:Who’s taller 请全班学生回答:... is taller. 播放对话录音,请学生逐句跟读,鼓励学生尽最模仿录音中人物的语音语调。 4.教师读出反馈练习中的句子,请学生快速 判断所描述的是Joe还是George。然后请 每对同桌分别选择扮演Joe和George的角色,有感情地朗读对话。教师在教室内来回巡视,如果学生有困难,及时给予帮助。 Post-task activities 调査活动。 请学生调査两个同学,把他们的身高体事记录在表格中, Name Height (cm) Weight (kg) SI: How tall are you S2: I'm one hundred and forty-six centimetres tall.
