Lead-in A song《What’s your name 》 T plays the video on the screen. Ss sing the song together. 3.Review:say the chant(PPT5) Hello! I’m Monty. Hello! I’m Marie. Hello! I’m Maskman. S1:Hello!I’m . Step2 Presentation(20min) 1.Fun learning: Taking photos T asks the question: Who is she/he Ss read the name out according to the photos. 2.Fun learning: Taking challenges(PPT6) T: How many pictures of Maskman Ss:2 T: How many pictures of Marie Ss:3 T: Who is missing Ss: Monty. T: Where is Monty (Monty被怪兽抓住锁起来了,需要搜集六位数的密码才能解救Monty出来) 3. Challenge 1—Which one is different T shows some numbers on the screen. Ss find the different one out. The new word: six(示范发音) 4.Challenge 2—Four pictures in a word T presents 4 pictures. Ss summarize a number according to the pictures. The new word: three(示范发音) 5. Challenge 3—Addition T gives several Math additions. Ss work out the answers. The new word: five(示范发音) 6. Challenge 4—Subtraction T gives several Math subtractions. Ss work out the answers. The new word: two(示范发音) 7. Challenge 5—Fill in blanks T gives three phone numbers. Ss fill in the blanks with numbers. The new number: one(示范发音) 8. Challenge 6—I can spy T shows a picture which hides a number. Ss spy the number from the picture above. The new word: four(示范发音) 9.Save Monty Ss read the number: 635214. Monty is free. Step3 Practice(15min) 1.A chant《Numbers》(PPT15) 2.Play a game S1 writes 3 numbers on the blackboard. S2 reads the numbers out as fast as possible.
