Help students ask for and give suggestions on ordering a menu appropriately. 教学方法手段 教学方法:Task-based Language Teaching and Situational Language Teaching. 教学手段:Multi-media and blackboard Step 1 Lead-in 6mins 1) Ask students to tick the words about the restaurant. 2) Ask students to finish the four dialogues with the words in Activity 1 according to the pictures. Step 2 Listening 16mins 1) Ask students to look at the picture carefully, and tick out the sentences the waiter might say. 2) Ask students to listen carefully, and then match the food they ordered with each customer. 3) Ask students to listen again, and fill out the beverage they ordered. Step 3 Speaking 20mins 1) Ask students to listen to the dialogue, and then underline the sentences about ordering. 2) Check the answers, and give some explanation about difficult or key sentences. 3) Ask students to read the dialogue after tape and in pairs. 4) Ask students to make a dialogue between customers and waiter/ waitress in group.
