课件网) 学习目标 一、名词的分类 二、名词的数 三、名词的格 四、名词的句法功能 五、易混名词辨析 一、名词的分类 名词 专有名词 普通名词 个体名词 可数名词 集体名词 物质名词 不可数名词 抽象名词 专有名词口述（练习册） 二、名词的数 1. 名词复数的规则变化 1）一般情况：加-s desks, bags, cars, houses 2）以s, sh, ch, x等结尾：加-es buses, watches, boxes 3）以辅音字母+y结尾：变y为i, 加-es baby-babies, story--stories 以元音字母+y 结尾：加-s boys, keys, monkeys 4）以o 结尾的名词： 无生命的名词：加-s photos， pianos， zoos 有生命的名词：加-es potatoes， tomatoes，heroes 5）以f或fe 结尾： 加s beliefs信仰，roofs 屋顶 去f,fe 加-ves knife--knives，leaf--leaves 2.名词复数的不规则变化 1） child-children，man-men，woman-women, foot-feet 2）国家：a. 英法： Englishman--Englishmen Frenchman--Frenchmen b. 德澳： German--Germans Australian--Australians c. 中日： Chinese Japanese 3）单复同形：sheep，fish，deer 4）集体名词，以单数形式出现但实为复数。people police 2.名词复数的不规则变化 6）以s结尾，仍为单数的名词： a. maths等学科名词，为不可数名词，是单数。 b. news 是不可数名词。 c. the United States，the United Nations 应视为单数。 d. 以复数形式出现的书名，剧名，报纸，杂志名，视为单数。 eg：The Arabian Nights is a very interesting story-book. 7）表示由两部分构成的东西，如：glasses眼镜 trousers长裤 若表达具体数目，要借助数量词 pair： a pair of glasses 8）另外还有一些名词，其复数形式有时可表示特别意思 goods 商品 3.不可数名词量的表示 glass, piece 等 ... a glass of water， a piece of news 4.修饰词 修饰可数名词：many, few, a few, a number of 修饰不可数名词：much, little, a little, a great deal of 既可修饰可数名词也可修饰不可数名词： some, any, a lot of, plenty of 三、名词的所有格（...的） 有些名词可以加's来表示所有关系。规则如下： 1.单数名词词尾加’ s，复数名词词尾没有s，也要加’ s the boy's bag， men's room 2.若名词已有复数词尾-s ，只加’。 students’ books, dogs’ eyes 3.无声命的物体用名词+of +名词表示所有关系。 the title of the song，the color of the car （苹果的数量） 4.如果两个名词并列，并且分别有’ s，则表示分别有 只有一个’ s，则表示共有。（口述例子） 四、名词的句法功能 1.主语：English is difficult. 2.宾语：My father grows many flowers. 3.表语：I am a girl. 6.定语：This is an apple tree. 五、易混名词辨析 person, people person “人”，可数； people 着重指全体，集合名词； E.g. 他是一个友好的人。 He is a kind person. 公园里有许多人。 There are many people in the park. 5. tear等 tear“眼泪”，可数名词。 beach“沙滩”，可数名词 paper “纸”，不可数名词 newspaper“报纸”，可数名词。 总结 ( A )1.Yesterday, our teacher gave us____on how to protect ourselves.
