Show the learning aims and check the learning paper. 1. Enjoy a video and tell what the video is about. 2. Know the learning aims and say the answers one by one. 让学生观看音乐视频,以趣味性的方式导入本课课题,为学生更深刻学习课文知识做准备。 Step2 Pre-reading 1.Check the new words. Organize the Ss to read the new words together. Then match the words with the meanings. 2.Free talk. (1)Show the pictures on the screen and ask the students to discuss in pairs, encourage them to discuss which ways are good for the environment.(Activity1) (2)Guessing. (Activity2) Ask the students to guess what suggestions will the passage make based on the title. Give some words to help them. Read the new words together. Play a words’ game. (1)Students discuss in pairs according to the pictures that the teacher show on the screen. Try to say more sentences. (2)Students guess some suggestions by using the words given in the box. 通过单词游戏直观形象,使学生更容易记住单词,然后让学生用生词简单谈论哪些方法对环境有利,并对文章进行猜测。不但强化生词,而且更好的了解各种对环境有利的生活方式,为阅读语篇扫除生词障碍。 Step3 While-reading Show a video. 1. Fast reading Ask students to scan the passage and find out the answer. Get the Ss to scan the passage and finish Activity 4, check the suggestions that are mentioned in the passage. 2.Careful reading. (1) Read Paragraph 1,2, answer the questions. (2) Read Paragraph3 and choose the right answers. (3)Ask the students to read Paragraph4, then fill in the blanks. (4) Read Paragraph5 then check the true sentences. Watch the video. Read the passage quickly and complete the information. Get the Ss to scan the passage and finish Activity 4, check the suggestions that are mentioned in the passage. (1)Read Paragraph 1 and ... ...
