
课 题 Unit 6 Carrying Forward Craftsmanship (Listening and Speaking) 课 型 Listening and Speaking 课 时 2 授课班级 授课时间 90mins 授课教师 教材分析 本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第六单元“Carrying Forward Craftsmanship”听说板块(Listening and Speaking)。本板块以职业活动为主题,设计了四个短对话和两个长对话听力活动以及两个口头交际活动。听力活动旨在训练学生获取对话中的关于职业活动的主要信息的能力,理解对话所体现的职业精神,为学生了解职业活动中的团队精神、敬业精神提供了内容载体。口头交际活动旨在让学生在完成听力部分学习后,运用所学语言知识、技能、文化信息等进行口头输出,实现由输入到输出的良性循环。 学情分析 学生对于职场相关词汇和句型已有一定的储备,如take classes、do a good job、apply for、position等词汇以及“What was the position you applied for ”“Is there anything wrong ”等句型。但学生对于对话所讨论的职业活动缺乏必要的基础语言知识,对概括人物的职业态度和职业精神缺乏表达和总结的技能。学生对于介绍和讨论职场团队工作和大国工匠的话题,还需提升逻辑思维能力以及连贯的语言表达能力。因此教师在课堂上可通过情境分析的方式预测可能出现的问题和答语,再通过逆向思维针对答语的关键信息设置问题,最后学生结合职业场景修改完善对话内容并和同伴表演对话,体验职场,提升职场语言沟通能力。 学习目标 Knowledge objective Master the useful expressions about craft. Read the questions and answer. 通过视频呈现大国工匠,让学生认识和了解大国工匠,同时明确大国工匠是团队的领头人,一个伟大项目的完工也是团队合作的结果,并为后面学习做铺垫。 Step 2: Listening Activity 1: Listen and match Ask students to scan activities to underline the key words, and predict the content of the dialogue. Then play the listening materials. Activity 2: Listen and choose Ask students to scan the questions and options and draw the key words such as how (how, who, what), adj. (happy, upset, tired)nouns (friend, boss, client) and some words about career such as do a good job, apply for a new job, keep one’s spirits up, solve the problem etc. Students actively predict the dialogue content, develop their ability to predict the listening content based on key information known.
