Unit7 Lesson1 Masterpieces 问候语(Greeting):Good morning/afternoon,distinguished judges!It’s my great honor to stand here and share my lesson with you.My lesson is taken from compulsory course 3 ;Unit7 Lesson1 ,and it’s a reading lesson entitled (板书题目)Masterpieces.Today I ‘ll interpret my lesson in the following aspects.First let’s start with the Teaching principles.According to the new General Senior High School Curriculum Standards,our classroom teaching should be aimed to help students cultivate their English subject core competences which include language abilities,learning abilities,thinking capabilities and cultural awareness.So here are my learning objectives ,which are also the teaching objectives of the lesson.That is,by the end of this class,students will be able to learn something about three famous paintings and improve reading and expressing abilities. 导入(Lead-in):Guided by the objectives ,Let’s begin our class.First,let’s make a free talk. What can you see in the following paintings Five minutes for you.Let’s go! Jack,please.We can see a thin figure with an expression of fear--the figure’s mouth is wide open and letting out a powerful scream. Well done ,sit down,please. 读前(Pre-reading):Now,let’s start to read the passage ,and learn the three paintings,then try to summarize the structure and main idea of this passage according to specific information. .In this part ,you have ten minutes and please finish it by yourself.let’s go!So,who wants to try (板书:Pre-reading)lucy,please.We devide the the three passages into three parts.Part1 introduces the general information of the painting,such as its artist,time,description..Part2 shows the background of the painting.How about the last one Great, sit down,please 读中(While-reading):In order to get more detailed information,It’s time to go into deep understanding of this passage by the following activities.Activity 1 are interrelated questions helping you infer and conclude facts. Question1:What does the painting--The starry night show Question2:What may have inspired the painter--Van Gogh:Activity 2 is a mind map which make your opinion clearer. Find out more detailed information about the three paintings.In this part,you can cooperate with your team members within ten minutes finishing it.Let’s continue!
