Step 2 Presentation. 1.Adjectival possessive pronouns. 物主我的你的他的她的谁的myyourhisher Phrases: my / your / his / her name Show the pictures, then tell me the phrases； my book / your pen / his cap / her ruler So it can be seen from these phrases, adjectival possessive pronouns need a noun behind them. Next, show the sentences to use the adjectival possessive pronouns. What color is your pen It’s red. That’s to say：Your pen is red. What color is his cap It’s black. That’s to say: His cap is black. What color is her ruler It’s blue. That is to say: Her ruler is blue. Also, we can use what questions to ask people’s names: What’s your name My name’s Alan. What’s his name His name’s Eric. What’s her name Her name’s Mary. Notice: what’s = what is name’s = name is To make our questions more polite , we also use the sentences: May I have your name We can also answer the question with Alan or I’m Alan. The same as He’s Eric. or She’s Mary. 2.Personal pronouns. Pay attention to these sentences: I’m Alan. He’s Eric. She’s Mary. These words(I/he/she) are personal pronouns. 谁我你他她它人称Iyouhesheit Pay attention to these sentences: I am Ms. Ju. You are 12. He is a student. She is my friend. 由此可以看出，人称代词后面分别跟了is/am/are这样的词汇，is/am/are 是be 动词，不同的人称代词搭配不同的be动词，这里给大家准备了一个好记的顺口溜： I用am, you 用are, is 连着he/she和it， 单数名词用is, 复数名词要用are. Please read it again.
