Ability objects To develop the Ss’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. To train the Ss’ abilities of working in pairs. Moral objects To enable the Ss to be interested in the cultures of the different countries.. To raise their interests of learning English. Teaching keys and difficult points Next, I’d like to say the key points and difficult points. Key points To help the Ss to communicate with each other. To enable the Ss to learn in groups and cooperate skillfully. Difficult points To use some simple sentences to talk about what happened.. Teaching aids Word cards, tape and PPT Part two the teaching methods: Communicative teaching method Audio-visual teaching method Task-based teaching method As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in the Primary School is to cultivate students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I’ll mainly use “Communicative” teaching method, “Audio-visual” teaching method and “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, I’ll let the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. I’ll give the Ss some tasks and arrange some kinds of activities: reading, picture talking and free talks.
