They also allow us to have a bright future by shaping a good personality. Here are some good habits that I have developed. First, I enjoy doing sports every day, such as running ,swimming and playing basketball. Second, I am used to reading in the library at weekends, which has increased my knowledge about the world. Third, I have a healthy breakfast every morning and eat a lot of vegetables every meal. That is why I am happy and healthy. To get into good habits, we are supposed to make a plan to check our progress first. Then we can invite our friends to join us. In this way, we can encourage each other and make progress together. All in all, Though we can’t hope for a rapid change, we can take some simple steps from now on. My Three Years in Middle School Dear teachers and fellow classmates, How time flies. My middle school life is coming to an end. As a school leaver, I feel a little sad to leave our school and I’m very thankful to my teachers and classmates. With their help, I have become a more active learner and made great progress in study in the past three years. At the beginning of middle school, I usually got bad marks in the exam. Then I followed my teachers’ advice and learnt to make study plans. What’s more, I tried out different ways to improve my study. Now I do much better in all subjects. For the students in Grade 7 and Grade 8, I think you should make plans for your study and keep studying hard. Remember to ask for help when necessary. All in all, I hope you all can enjoy your time and make progress in middle school. My Wonderful School life During the past three years, I have left(留下) many wonderful memories of my school life. Now I’d like to share them with you. First, I have learnt a large number of knowledge at school. Teachers not only teach us useful skills but also how to be a better person. Besides, we have educational and meaningful after-activities which improve us and understand ourselves better. Second , I also join two clubs, English club and sports club. After I take part in the activities in the clubs, I have enough time to develop my hobbies. Last but not least, I have made many good friends. They are very positive and active. What’s more, they are always ready to give me a hand when I have troubles. All in all, I think I have gained a lot of useful knowledge , important skills and real friendship during three years.
