Module 3 Making plans Unit 1 What are you going to do at the weekend 1.熟悉并掌握重点单词、短语及句型,并能熟练运用。 2.学习“be going to”结构。 1.听懂关于周末计划的对话。 2.能够运用“be going to”结构谈论并制订周末计划。 3.培养学生有计划地安排生活和学习的好习惯,培养学生自主学习的能力。 1.重点: (1)掌握本单元的重点单词、短语及句型,并能熟练运用。 (2)能够掌握“be going to”结构及其用法。 2.难点:熟练运用“be going to”结构谈论并制订周末计划。 Step 1 Leading in 1.Ask the students to discuss the following questions in groups: (1)What do you often do at the weekend (2)What do you want to do this weekend 2.Students make a survey about the weekend activities and make a report like this: In our group,Wang Jie often plays basketball with his father on Sunday.He wants to watch the soccer game this weekend… 【设计意图】通过小组讨论并汇报周末活动的形式,以贴近学生生活的活动导入话题,不仅能让学生有话可说并全面参与到课堂活动中,也锻炼了学生的语言组织能力。 Step 2 Before listening 1.Do activity 1. (1)Ask the students to read the words and expressions in Activity 1. (2)Play the recording and ask the students to listen to it carefully. (3)Have them match the words and expression from Box A with the word and expressions from Box B. (4)Play the recording again and let them check their answers with a partner. (5)Ask the students to read the questions in Activity 3. (6)Have them answer the questions. (7)Check the answers with the class. (8)Let them act the conversation out. 2.Do activity 4. (1)Have the students read the words in the box in Activity 4. (2)Let them read through the conversation. (3)Ask them to complete the conversation with the correct form of the words from the box. (4)Tell the students to check with a partner.
