教学设计 课程基本信息 学科 英语 年级 七年级 学期 春季 课题 Unit 3 How do you get to school Section A(1a-2d) 教学目标 Students will be able to: 1. learn new words about transportation; 2. talk about how to get to school; 3.talk about the distance and the time of going to school by using how far questions and how long questions. 4. know the importance of taking public transportation. 教学内容 教学重点: 1. new words about transportation. 2. How questions, How long questions and How far questions. 教学难点: 1.the use of the third person in how questions. 2.Master some listening skills like analyzing the listening material before listening. 教学过程 Step 1. Lead in Introduce how the teacher get to school and show a picture of different means of transportation. Guide students say the names of means of transportation. 设计意图:利用图片,引出本课主题,引导学生思考并激发相关主题词汇,在思考的过程中自然的感知目标语言,激发学生学习兴趣。 Step 2. Before-listening Introduce how to talk about transportation and give some examples. 设计意图:由已知的交通工具词汇引入乘坐交通工具的表达方式,再自然过渡到用“How do you get to school ”加以询问,由短到长,遵循语言学习规律。 Finish 1a. Match the words with the pictures. 设计意图:听前引导学生观察主题图,利用问题帮助学生养成观察主题图的习惯,培养他们对细节的观察能力。 Step 3.While-listening Task 1 1b 1.read the names in 1b. 2. Listen and finish the task. 设计意图:认读人物名字,并注意性别,尝试猜测,为听力活动做好铺垫。 听中注意听力策略的及时渗透,如注意听取人物名字和对应的交通方式等关键信息。 Check the answers by reading the sentences. 设计意图:核对答案时,引导学生用完整的句子陈述。 Listen again and fill in the blanks. 设计意图:引导学生注意学生易错语法点,第三人称单数 Finish 1c. Practice the conversation with partner. Write down how the students get to school by looking at the map. 设计意图:由说到写的练习任务,从口头练习落实到书面输出。以四位同学上学情况作为情景设置,贯穿始终,贴近学生生活。 Task 2 2a-2b 1.Explain the meaning of how long and how far and review the numbers. 设计意图:继续利用学生上学情况图,引出上学路程和上学时长,情景设置自然,利于学生理解。在讲解路程表达的同时,复习数字的读法及写法,为2a听力做铺垫。 2.Read the numbers first. Then finish 2a. 设计意图:听前学生自由朗读数字,为听力内容做铺垫。 3.Analyze the chart and predict the answer. 听力前先带领学生熟悉听力方向,引导学生观察表格问题,猜测他们所进行的话题,为听力找寻关键词。 4.Finish 2b and 2c. Check the answers. 5.Finish 2d. Use the information in 2b to make conversations. 设计意图:利用填好的表格进行编对话联系,巩固目标语言,加强口头表达能力。 Step 4. Post-listening Talk about Tina ‘s morning and Peter’s morning. 设计意图:综合运用本节课所学内容,对两位同学的上学方式进行总结。 Step 5.
