课 题 Unit6 Food and Drinks (Warming up & Listening and speaking) 课 型 Listening and speaking 课 时 1 授课班级 授课时间 40mins 授课教师 教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育-出卷网-出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材，《英语1 基础模块》中第六单元的热身（Warming Up）和听说（Listening and Speaking）板块，听说部分，要求学生能在对话交际中获得关于饮食的信息，并谈论与饮食相关的内容。 学情分析 饮食是和学生生活息息相关的话题，不少学生也会关注网络“吃播”，对这一话题有兴趣度。对于一些常见的饮食表达，如dumpling和steak，学生有一定了解，也能用简单句式I like/I hate表达喜好。但对更多种类饮食的谈论能力有限，用英文列举、讨论中华美食的知识储备不充分，也无法在交际中，从食物味道、个人喜好等方面综合谈论饮食。此外，针对服务类专业学生，也需要提升其提供点餐服务的职场语言沟通能力。因此需要激发学生兴趣，引导学生从语言输入到输出，从跟读模仿，到控制性练习，最后到点餐情境下的有效语言交际。 学习目标 Knowledge objectives: To learn words and phrases about food and drinks: steak,dumpling,tomato and egg soup. To be able to use these sentences skillfully: Can I take your order now /What would you like to have/eat/drink Would you like… /I’d like.../What would you recommend ... Ability objectives: To be able to order food and talk about one’s own likes and dislikes about food. Emotional objectives: To eat a healthy diet. To respect different people’s different flavors. 学习重难点 To skillfully master the words and sentences about ordering food and talking about one’s likes and dislikes about food. Present different words about food. Make use of some games to practice vocabularies about food.
