Unit 1 Wish you were here! Integrated skills (I)（教学设计） I. Learning objectives By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to: listen for the announcement to know the steps of making a travel plan; suggest a travel plan for foreign guests; Express themselves freely through listening and reading. II. Key competence focus 1. Use listening strategies to get the right information. 2. Get some useful information to prepare for writing by listening and viewing a travel plan. III. Predicted area of difficulty 1. Understand the announcement through listening. 2. Accumulate some useful words and expressions about making a travel plan. IV. Teaching procedures Step 1 Lead-in T creates a situation: Today our headmaster told me that he would go to the UK to attend a conference next month, during which he would have several days to travel around. What will he prepare for his travel T asks “What do you think is the most important thing ” Ss answer: Making a travel plan. 【设计意图：通过创设生活情境导入，头脑风暴，快速激活学生对旅游这一主题的认知，为下一个听力环节做好准备，有的放矢。】 Step 2 Listen and answer T asks Ss to listen to the recording for the first time and finish A1 on page 8.
