T: Hello, boys and girls. Have you ever enjoyed some art gallery What kind of art do you like best T: Have you ever seen some special pictures which used some special materials to make What do you think of it 【设计意图：以情境导入，让学生分享对艺术作品的了解程度，并以此引入本节课的主题——— 用特殊材料所制作的艺术作品。】 Step 2 Listening 1. Pre-listening T asks Ss to read the questions in part A1 carefully and underline the key words before watching the TV programme. And then T leads Ss to guess what answers would be given according to the context in part A2. In addition to that, T leads Ss to pay attention to the listening strategy appeared in Tip. T: Boys and girls, there is a TV programme about the use of unusual materials in art. Please read the questions of part A1 on page 36 and underline the key words to prepare for your listening. And then guess what type of word would be filled in the table of part A2. Identifying examples The speaker often uses examples to help the audience understand the main idea better as well as to present the topic in a more interesting way.
