(课件网) 微专题7———应用文写作”的两点叮嘱 应用文写作不仅考查考生对遣词造句和布局谋篇的语言知识基本能力,还考查考生的交际交流、文化意识和解决问题等的语言运用能力。该题型有情景真实、目的明确、主题广泛、内容丰富、实用性强、体裁多样等特点。与“读后续写”题型相比,应用文写作的难度一般,主要考查考生基本的语言表达能力,属于保分题型。考前,针对几个重点写作事项再提醒,以期让考生在应用文写作这个题型上少用时,多得分。 叮嘱一 2种倾向要规避———不“左”不“右” (一)太“右”———过度使用“套路”表达 1.形式单一的开头 有些学生写作时倾向于频繁地使用像“I”和“You”这类的“套路”词汇开头,显然这种“套路”表达形式单一,缺少新意。 解决办法:用it作形式主语,用名词短语作主语,用非谓语动词开头,适当使用被动语态,尝试使用含定语从句、状语从句或宾语从句等的复合句和特殊句式等。如: ①It’s easy for me to answer different questions of the visitors. ②My knowledge of Chinese paintings will enable me to answer the questions from some visitors. ③Knowing much about Chinese paintings,I can answer different questions of the visitors. ④If you choose me,questions from the visitors will be answered well and patiently. ⑤You gave me so much tender care and generous help,which made me feel warmly welcome. 2.千篇一律的结尾 有些学生写书信、邮件类应用文时总是使用几个固定的句式,导致结尾形式千篇一律。如:“Looking forward to your early reply.” “I would appreciate it if you could write to me early.”等。 解决办法:增添联系主题的话语,增加互动交流的用词,增添首尾呼应的情感表达等。如: ①Your participation can surely add color to our trip and we are all looking forward to your involvement. ②If you have any questions,just feel free to contact me. ③Your presence is highly expected if you are available. 3.单调生硬的衔接 有些学生在衔接过渡时,只会单调生硬地使用“First...Second...Last but not least...”等,使得语义衔接不够灵活和流畅,给人以乏味之感。 解决办法:掌握并灵活使用表示并列、对比、递进、因果、总结等关系的过渡词汇或使用一些插入语。如: Honestly speaking,it’s so nice of you to offer me a class of practical learning skills.Under your professional guidance,I have made such unbelievable progress in English.It’s indeed a pleasant surprise for me to even rank first in a recent English speech contest.Whenever I encounter difficulties,you always cheer me up and help me out,which fuels my enthusiasm for English and encourages me to regain tremendous confidence. 4.平淡简单的句式 有些学生写作时句式过于平淡和简单,缺少高级丰富且灵活多变的句式。 解决办法:平时注意多诵读、多积累精美的写作佳句。 (二)太“左”———过度使用“高级”表达 有些学生写作时,刻意使用所谓的“高级”表达(如生僻词汇、复杂句式、非谓语动词等),导致表达冗长烦琐,语义不清、语法运用出现错误等。例如: 1.用词过于生僻 Knowing that you have a fancy to the opera,we’d like to perform an opera called Butterfly Lovers,which expresses people’s pursuit for beautiful life. 本句中的 have a fancy to在写作中不太常用,属于生僻词汇,可以改为“are fond of”。 2.表达冗长烦琐 Because of my good command of English as wel ... ...
