She’s a true friend indeed. 语音知识：连读 连读是英语中比较常见的读法，连读的条件是：相邻的两词在意义上必须密切相关，同属一个意群。连读所构成的音节一般都不重读，只需顺其自然地一带而过，不可读得太重。规则如下： 1 “辅音音素+ 元音音素”连读 在同一个意群里，相邻的两个单词中，前一个词是以辅音音素结尾，后一个词是以元音音素开头，则需要把辅音音素和元音音素连读。如：an~hour，put~up 2 “辅音音素+ 辅音音素”连读 ①叠合：即前面单词尾音音素与其后单词的起始辅音音素为同一音时，两个辅音音素合并成一个，音程稍微拖长。这种情形常发生在/p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /k/, /ɡ/ 等辅音出现的时候。如：a big~garden; best~tables。 ②失去爆破：指的是爆破音失去爆破。发生的条件如下：当前面的单词以/p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /k/, /ɡ/ 这六个爆破音中的任何一个结尾，而紧随其后的单词是以辅音音素开头或是一个停顿，这种情况下前面单词中的爆破音失去爆破，即由相关的发音器官做好这个发音的姿势，准备爆破，但并不实际爆破，紧接着发后面的音。如：last~night; good~luck。 3 “r/re+ 元音音素”连读 如果前面一个词是以-r 或-re 结尾，后一个词是以元音音素开头，这时的r 或re 不但要发/r/ 音，而且还要与后面的元音音素连读。如：under~it; where~is。 4 “辅音音素+ 半元音音素”连读 英语语音中的/j/ 和/w/ 是半元音，如果前一个单词是以辅音音素结尾，后一个单词是以半元音音素，特别是/j/ 或/w/ 开头，此时也要连读。如：meet~you;thank~you。 提醒 “音的同化”：常把/d/+/j/读成/d /，did you 听的是/d d u /，would you 成了/w d u /。 学会运用1: 试着用连读朗读下面短语 an~old book not~at~all an~English boy have~a look in~a minute fall~in the river tell~us a story take~care~of it wait~for~a student for~an~hour can’t~hear~it 学会运用2: 运用连读朗读下列句子 ... ...
