2025年中考英语一轮复习过去进行时知识点讲解与练习 定义 过去进行时描述在过去某个特定时间或事件发生时正在进行的动作或状态。 注意点：1. 过去进行时是发生在过去的一个时间段里。 2. 动作一定是正在进行着的。 构成（was/were doing ) 肯定句：主语 + was/were + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分。 否定句：主语 + was/were + not + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分。 一般疑问句：Was/Were + 主语 + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分？ 特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词 + 一般疑问句 + 其他成分？ 用法 (1)表示在过去某一时刻正在进行的动作。 Eg.Mary was flying a kite at 9:00 last morning. (2)表示在过去某一段时间内一直在进行的动作。 Eg. I was watching TV at home last night. （3）与现在进行时相似，过去进行时也可以表示满意、称赞、惊讶、厌恶等感彩，通常与always, forever, continually等副词连用。 Eg.They were always quarreling. 他们总是吵架。(表示责备) She’s always helping people. 她总是帮助别人。(表赞扬) (4)表示一个动作发生时，另外一个动作正在进行。此时常与 when， while, as引导的时间状语连用。 Eg.While mother was cooking lunch, I was doing my homework. 当我妈妈做午饭时，我正在做作业。 While I was reading, Jane was watching TV. 时间状语 this morning(早上)； the whole morning（整个早上） all day yesterday（昨天一整天）； last evening（昨晚） when（当……的时候）； while（正在…） this time yesterday（昨天这个时候）； at that time（在那时） last Saturday（上周六）；from nine to ten（从早上9点到10点） 不用于进行时的动词小结 1、感官动词：hear,see,notice,feel,taste…… 2、心理状态：feel,want,prefer…… 3、态度感情的动词： like,love,hate…… 4、表占有：own,have,…… 5、存在状态和持续：look,owe,be…… 六、一般过去时与过去进行时的区别： 1、一般过去时表示到现在为止动作已经完成，而过去进行时表示到现在为止动作在持续或未完成。 He read a novel last night. 我昨晚读了一本小说。（已经读完了） He was reading a novel last night. 昨晚我在看小说（可能没看完） 2、一般过去时表示只做一次动作，而过去进行时却表示动作反复地进行。 He went to Beijing the other day. 他前几天去了北京。 （这里表示他只去了一次北京 ） He was asking questions all the time. 他始终在提问题。 （这里表示他反复地在提问题，动作是持续的 ） 3、句中有a moment ago之类的笼统的时间短语一般用一般过去时。 句中有at this time last Sunday, from 8 to 9 yesterday 之类的具体的时间状语一般用过去进行时。 I was writing a letter at ten last night. 昨晚十点那个时候我在写信。 练习 一、单项选择题 1． —I called you at 6 pm yesterday, but you didn't answer. —Oh, sorry.
