Unit 3 Care for the Earth 第二课时(教学设计) 教学目标 1. 能听懂、理解Let’s talk部分的对话内容。 2. 了解有关世界无车日的相关知识。 教学重难点 1. 能借助should 和shouldn’t表达应该做或不应该做的事情,并能灵活运用Why not ... 句型提出。 2. 通过对对话的学习,增强学生日常文明行为意识。 教学准备 (1)Let’s talk部分的图片。 (2)Let’s talk部分的录音。 (3)有关世界无车日的相关知识。 (4)学生准备:世界无车日的相关知识。 教学方法 Ⅰ. 课程导入(Leading In) ⅰ. 课前问答 T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. How do you usually come to school Ss: I usually come to school by car / bus / bike / on foot. T: Which way do you like best Why Ss: (引导学生说出) I like cars best. Because it is fast. ⅱ. 新课导入 Part A Warming-up: Look and circle 通过完成此部分活动,引出课文的话题:We should do something to care for “Mother Earth”. 1. 我们引导学生观察图片并展开讨论,圈出文明行为。 2. 我们引领学生用We should / shouldn’t ... 描述图片,如: 对于不文明行为,学会这样说: 第一行第一幅图:We shouldn’t climb the tree to catch birds. 第一行第三幅图:We shouldn’t waste water. 第二行第三幅图:We shouldn’t pick flowers. 对于文明行为,就说:We should ... 3. 我们提问:What should we do What shouldn’t we do 学生集体作答。 Ⅱ. 课程展示活动和过程的设计(Presentation) ⅰ. 新课展示 Part A Let’s talk 我们出示此部分的图片,引导学生观察图片。 T: Oh. Let’s take out the books and open them. It’s time to go to school. Let’s see how Su Nan is going to school today. How is he going there Let’s listen to the dialogue. (1)我们播放录音,并就对话提出第一个问题。 Question 1: How is Su Nan going to school 听完对话后,我们请学生回答问题。我们引导学生用完整的句子说出问题的答案:He is going to school by bike. (2)我们让学生根据所查找的资料讨论世界无车日的相关背景知识,然后我们再予以补充。 (3)我们再次播放对话的前两句录音,并就本段对话进一步提出问题,让学生找出更多问题的答案。 Question 2: Does Su Nan have any more soup Why 我们引导学生回答:No, he doesn’t. Because he has no time. He has to clean his bike. 然后让学生找出文中的原句:I have no time. I have to clean my bike. 我们板书句型:I have to clean my bike. 并讲解have to的用法,即:have to do ... 表示“不得不做某事”。并引导学生练习用have to造句:I have to get up early / do my homework / cook breakfast / wash my clothes ... (4)我们再次播放剩余部分,然后引导学生会话,进一步帮助学生理解对话: T: Why will Su Nan not go to school in his dad’s car Ss: We shouldn’t drive the car today. T: Why Ss: Because today is World Car Free Day. (我们帮助学生说出答案) 我们板书并讲解句型:Why not go in your dad’s car Why not do ... 我们要注意创设具体的情境帮助学生理解Why not ... 的用法。 It’s hot today. You are wearing your shirt and pants. Why not wear your T-shirt and shorts? It’s Sunday today. We don’t have any classes.
