II.学习目标 1. 学生能够掌握一些与主题相关的新的词汇和表达方式,例如道德困境。 2. 学生能够通过语调判断说话者的态度和情感。 3. 学生能够深刻理解良好道德和美德的重要性。 II.Text analysis 1.What The listening content is about moral dilemmas.We can learn a real experience of Lin Qiaozhi in China, and discuss a specific moral dilemma by listening to the dialogue between Jane and Luke:a student who was taking the entrance exam for a medical university in Beijing met the student next to her fainted,should she finish the exam or should she stop and help the student 2.How The dialogue uses the exaggeration and rising tone to express “surprise”or“can't believe”,such as“did”, “really,like what”.The listening strategies can help students judge the speakers'atitudes and emotions by intonation and rising tone. 3.Why Through the definition of moral dilemmas,this dialogue discussed the different choices and results that people are in moral dilemmas,as well as the moral concepts and principles behind the choices.This helps students to understand and feel the universality of moral dilemmas in daily life,solve practical problems of moral dilemmas,improve their dialectical thinking ability,and be able to observe and view social phenomena more comprehensively and objectively.At the same time,it is also a good emotional and knowledge foundation for the next reading period. Moreover, by exploring the moral concepts and principles behind the choices in moral dilemmas, students can develop a deeper understanding of ethical issues and learn to evaluate different perspectives.
