They ran after school. They played sports outdoors. But now Tim watches too many videos on his phone and plays lots of computer games. And he is putting on weight. Ben worries about Tim. He sends his friend a poem: Don't be a couch potato all day. And I think there is another way! Play a game and have fun. Ride a bike and stay in the sun! Tim arrives home from school. There is a letter at his front door. It's Ben's poem! He reads the poem and smiles. He decides to make a change. Tim exercises more. He plays sports almost every day.
