Ss discuss in pairs and answer with the sentence pattern "We should develop…." T lists Ss' answers on the board. 激发阅读兴趣,引出背景词汇与主题句策略。 正确运用句型表述应具备的技能。 2. T shows three persons’ pictures, asking Ss to guess their jobs. Ss discuss in pairs about the skills these jobs require. 引导学生预测语篇内容，思考不同职业所需要的不同素养，同时明确阅读目标。 根据不同着装猜测不同职业，以及尝试分析该职业所需技能。 While-reading 13’ Ss skim the text to find out the answer to the T's question———�What happened to these three persons ’.
