课件网) 第十二章 状语从句 目 录 CONTENTS 时间状语从句 01 02 03 04 条件状语从句 原因状语从句 结果状语从句 05 让步状语从句 时间状语从句 第一节 1. when意为“当……的时候”，表示从句的动作和主句的动作同时发生或先后发生。 1) When I first arrived on this island, I had nothing. 当我第一次达到这个岛屿时，我一无所有。 2) When we lived in town, we often went to the theater. 我们住在城镇里的时候经常去看戏。 3) We were watching TV, when the light went out. 灯熄灭时，我们正在看电视。 when也可表示“正在那时” 2. while 意为“当……的时候”，表示从句的动作和主句的动作同时发生。 1) While Mary was writing a letter, the children were playing outside. 玛丽写信时， 孩子们正在外面玩耍。 2) His father was watching TV while his mother was doing housework. 他父亲在看电视而他母亲在做家务。 3. as意为“一边……一边……”，主句和从句的动作同时发生。 1) He sang as he walked. 他边走边唱。 2) As the sun rose, the fog disappeared. 太阳升起，浓雾随之散去。 as 也可表示主句和从句的动作伴随进行。 4. until/till 意为“直到” 1) He worked till / until I came back at 12：00 last night. 他昨晚一直工作到12点我回来的时候。 2) You’ll not go out until you’ve finished your English homework. 你知道完成英语作业才能外出。 not一般跟until一起搭配使用, “not…until…” 意为“直到……才……” not 5. as soon as 意为“一……就……”强调主句的动作紧跟着从句的动作。 1) I’ll write to you as soon as I get to Beijing. 我一到北京就会给你写信。 2) Please ask him to give me a call as soon as he returns. 他一回来就请让他给我打个电话。 6. since 意为“自从……”,引导时间状语从句时，从句用一般过去时，主句用现在完成时 1) Cath hasn’t phoned since she went to Berlin. 自从去了柏林，卡思就没有打来过电话。 2) She has been worried since the letter arrived. 自从收到信，她就一直担心。 went 3) It is two years since I left school. 从我离校到现在又两年了。 4) It has been ten years since they married. 他们结婚到现在已经十年了。 It is/has been+时间段+since从句 “自从……有……了” arrived hasn’t phoned has been 由when, as soon as, till/until等引导的时间状语从句，要遵循“主将从现”原则 1) I’ll tell you everything when I come back. 当我回来时，我会告诉你一切。 2) She will wait until her mother comes back. 她会一直等到她妈妈回来。 3) I will call you as soon as I arrive there. 我一到那儿我就打电话给你。 come 注意 comes arrive ’ll tell will call will wait 条件状语从句 第二节 1. if 意为“如果”，引导条件状语从句，时态要遵循“主将从现”原则 1) If it doesn’t rain, we will go to the park. 如果明天不下雨，我们就去公园。 2) If I pass the exam, my dad will make me a big meal. 如果我通过了考试，我爸会给我做一顿大餐。 3) I don’t know if he will be able to come. 我不知道他是否能来。 if意为“是否”，引导宾语从句 will go will make doesn’t rain pass 2. unless 意为“除非，如果不”，遵循“主将从现”原则，相当于“if…not” 1) You will fail in French unless you study hard. 你要是不努力学习，法语考试就会不及格 will fail study →You will fail in French if you don’t study hard. 2) He ... ...
