英语 必修 第二册RJ Section Ⅰ Listening and Speaking 一、阅读单词:写出汉语含义 1.blogger n. 博客作者;博主 2.engine n. 引擎;发动机;火车头 二、核心单词:写出英文单词 1.blog n. 博客 vi. 写博客 2.chat vi. 聊天;闲聊 3.stream vt. 流播(不用下载直接在互联网上播放音视频);流出 vi. 流动 n. 小河;溪流 三、拓展单词:写出英文单词,并尝试写出其词性转换(可查字典) identity n. 身份;个性→identify vt. 识别;确认;说明身份→identified adj. 经鉴定的;被认同的 四、核心短语:写出英语表达 1.blog__post 博文;博客帖子 2.search__engine (互联网上的)搜索引擎 3.identity__card 身份证 一、句子重音 在英语句子中,并非所有的单词都重读。一般规则是:实义词重读,功能词弱读。 实义词 名词 engine, blog, stream 动词 update, download, inspire 形容词 convenient, stuck, particular 副词 quickly, never 功能词 助动词 has, did, does 介词 by, to, of 冠词 a, an, the 连词 plus, when 代词 she, they 1.实义词即具有实际意义的词。在句子当中能够独立充当成分且实词有词形的变化,包括:名词Nouns (e.g. school, station, train, etc.),常规动词Normal verbs(e.g. run, work, speak, etc.),形容词Adjectives (e.g.beautiful, tall, friendly, etc.),副词Adverbs (e.g.quickly, noisily, badly, etc.)等等。 2.功能词即对实义词有一定辅助、限定功能的词。这些词在句子中不能独立表达语义,也不能独立承担句子成分。除助动词外,虚词没有词形变化,包括:冠词Articles (e.g. a, an, the),助动词Auxiliary verbs (e.g. can, have, may, will, etc.),连词Conjunctions (e.g.and, but, as, etc.),代词Pronouns (e.g. you, he, she, us, it, them, etc.),介词Prepositions (e.g. at, by, in, etc.)等等。 3.在日常交际中,即便没有听清一些虚词,也能够理解整个句子,因为最重要的词需要重读。 例如: “Would you like a cup of tea?” 4.在实际交往中,讲话者会根据想要传达的信息而进行选择性重读。同样一句话,因为重读单词的不同,句意会发生改变。 Are you going to the cinema tonight?(or is it someone else) Are you going to the cinema tonight?(or not) Are you going to the cinema tonight?(or somewhere else) Are you going to the cinema tonight?(or another night) 二、读下面句子,体会句子重音 1.He had finished breakfast before I arrived. 2.Phillip ordered a huge steak for dinner. 3.They will have to stay up late if they are going to finish their homework. 4.It must have been something in the air that caused Jack to shout. 5.Could you please be more quiet 6.Unfortunately, Jack wasn't able to finish on time. 7.As soon as he has collected the results he will post them to his website. 8.Peter bought shoes today. 9.There should have been some replies by now. 10.Knowledge creates opportunities where none have existed before. 三、话题悦读 Social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Orkut are now estimated to have more than 700 million users worldwide.
