People climb mountains, enjoy pretty chrysanthemum flowers, and eat tasty Chongyang cakes. It’s a time to be with family, have fun outside, and show love for the elderly. Christmas Christmas is a widely celebrated holiday in Western countries. People set up Christmas trees, exchange presents, sing Christmas songs, have big meals, and go to parties. It’s a special time when children get presents from family, friends, and Santa Claus. Holi Holi is an important festival in India. It is celebrated in almost every part of the country. On the day of Holi, people play with colourful paint and fabrics with their friends and families. It is a day for people to forgive, forget past wrongdoings, and start anew. Tomatina Tomatina is a famous festival in Spain. It is on a Wednesday at the end of August. Thousands of people join a tomato fight. There is music, dancing, and fireworks. It’s exciting.
