If cutting a particular food group out of your diet, you are starving your body of a nutrient that it needs, which could leave you feeling weak, tired or even bad-tempered. You may even experience nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and even psychological (心理的) disorders like anorexia nervosa. While weight loss can be a worthy goal if done in a healthy and sustainable way, we should be cautious of the potential dangers.
