Period 6 写作(Writing) 描述肢体语言 一、文体特征 肢体语言描述也是新课程标准中的写作要求之一，是对某一肢体语言进行描述和说明，通过一个人的手势、肢体动作我们可以了解到他的思想意识、情绪变化等。 二、语言特色 [基本框架] 1．开头：开门见山，提出主题； 2．主体：详细介绍肢体语言； 3．结尾：概括总结。 [教材原句] 1．Read the passage and find out the sentences showing students who are interested in a lesson． ①Most tend to look up and make eye contact． ②When I make a joke，they smile．When I talk about something difficult，they look confused． ③They lean forward and look at me． 2．Read the passage and find out the sentences showing students who are bored． ①So if a student has his head lowered to look at his watch，it implies he is bored and just counting the minutes for the class to end． ②If two friends are leaning their heads together，they are probably writing notes to each other． ③Some students look up，but there is an absence of eye contact． ④Their eyes barely move，and they always have the same distant expression on their faces． ⑤It is as though they are asleep with their eyes open． 3．Read the passage and find out the sentences showing students who are daydreaming． ①They spend all their time looking anywhere but at me． ②With their chins on their hands，they occupy themselves by staring out of the window or up at the ceiling． 4．Read the passage and find out the sentences showing students who are angry，afraid or experiencing anxiety． Students who are angry, afraid or experiencing anxiety may have their arms crossed in front of their chests and their legs closed or crossed，like they are guarding their bodies． 5．Read the passage and find out the sentences showing students who are sad or worried． Students who are sad or worried will nearly always wear a frown．They may also hide their faces in their hands like they are embarrassed or ashamed． [触类旁通] 1．Body language is a way of communication，but not everybody can use the same body language to communicate with others． 肢体语言是与人交流的一种方式，但并非所有的人都可以用同一种肢体语言与他人交流。 2．When you are in a foreign country，it is very important to know the meanings of gestures and movements in the country． 当你身处异国时，了解这个国家的手势和动作的含义是非常重要的。 3．With so many cultural differences between people，it is great to have some similarities in body language． 人与人之间的文化差异如此之多，但好在在肢体语言上有一些相似之处。 4．There are actually seven universal expressions of emotions on the face：happiness，sadness，anger，fear，surprise，contempt and disgust． 实际上人的面部有七种共同的表情：快乐、悲伤、生气、恐惧、惊讶、轻蔑和厌恶。 5．By learning body language we can broaden our horizons and increase our knowledge in various fields． 通过学习肢体语言我们能够开阔我们的视野，增加我们在多个领域的知识。 6．If you want to go out to travel，it is very important for you to figure out the body language there． 如果你想要外出旅游，了解那儿的肢体语言是 ... ...
