Difficult Points: - Correctly applying the simple present tense in extended conversations about family. - Mastering the pronunciation of target sounds and understanding word stress completely. III. Teaching Procedures Step 1: Leading - in (5 minutes) - Show the picture on Page 27 to the students. Ask them to look at the picture carefully and answer the following questions: 1. What is the relationship of the people in the photo 2. What do you think of this family Describe it in your own words. 3. What does "family" mean to you Share your ideas. (Design Intent: This step aims to activate students' prior knowledge about family.
