Talk about your new school life. Step 1.Ss will be guided to think about how to talk about their new school life. What is it like Your New School Life How do you feel about it and why Is it different from your previous school life What is your plan for your new school life (设计意图:利用问题导入,引导学生思考话题,激活学生背景知识,形成听力期待。) Step 2.Learn some new words and expressions. (设计意图:学习相关词汇及短语,扫除听力障碍,为话题探讨做准备。) Activity 2. Listen to Dialogue 1. Listen and complete the information in the Text Builder. I'm a new senior secondary school student. My new school life is very exciting. (exciting , interesting, stressful, boring,challenging ) I feel excited because this school differs from my previous one. (differs in many ways from my previous one,is much bigger and more dynamic than I expected has a big playground / a friendly head teacher / a beautiful campus / an excellent student center / a big library ) What is also very different is that students in the same class have different class schedules. (can / can't have different classes schedules / choices for different clubs,( do not) have fixed classrooms, do group projects, have group discussions, share ideas or check work together) In the next three years, I hope I will learn many new things.
