I was, of course, still living at home. A big storm blew in and lasted for several days. There was no way to travel, as the roads were all icy. While most people may not like a storm, I really loved it because it meant I had my family members together for several days. We played cards, enjoyed lots of good food, and had a really wonderful time. When the storm died down, I was a bit upset. In the end, everyone was able to return to their own home, and life came back to normal. What I have been grateful (感激的) for over the years is that my family has always stayed during stormy times, and on sunny days as well.
