The categories BBC Wildlife champions the well-being of animals and the environment, and this should be reflected in the competition entries. Subsequently, an overall winner will be selected from the five category winners. The prizes The overall winner wins a trip to Belize for two people, worth 3,000. This includes a 7-night stay for two people at Chan Chic Lodge （） on a bed and breakfast basis； economy return flights to Belize from a UK airport； transfers to and from the international airport in Belize； plus, a birding walk, night walk and boat tour at Chan Chic.
