课件网) 第4讲 分门别类讲练 提升写作技能 第一组 告知信、建议信和邀请信 一、告知信 告知信通常分为两类,一种是告知某人某事即将发生,另一种是回复某人关于某事的询问。 [常用表达] (一)引人注目的开头句(开篇问候,表明目的) 1.How are you doing I am writing to share with you some details/tell you some relevant information. 你最近好吗 我写信想和你分享一些细节/告诉你一些相关信息。 2.Here is a piece of exciting news!/I have good news to tell you! 这儿有一条振奋人心的消息!/我有个好消息要告诉你! 3.Learning that you are enthusiastic about...,I’m writing to tell you that... 得知你对……很感兴趣,我写信是想告诉你……。 4.I’m very glad/delighted/more than pleased to receive your email/letter,in which you expressed great interest in...I’m quite/perfectly willing to share with you some information about it. 我很高兴收到你的电子邮件/信,在电子邮件/信中你表示对……很感兴趣。我很乐意和你分享一些有关它的信息。 (二)丰富精彩的篇中句(告知内容) 1.Some details regarding/concerning...are as follows. 一些关于……的细节如下。 2.This match will take place between...and...,so we’d better... 这场比赛将在……和……之间进行,所以我们最好……。 3.A wide range of meaningful activities will be held in the lecture hall, including...,which are bound to appeal to enthusiasts like you. 报告厅内将举办多种多样包括……在内的有意义的活动,这些活动一定会吸引像你一样的爱好者。 4.The course is arranged to start from...which will last one month with one lecture each day from...to... 课程安排从……开始,为期一个月,每天从……到……都有一节课。 (三)恰到好处的结尾句(结尾点题,表示期待) 1.Hope you won’t miss... 希望你不要错过…… 2....was so wonderful that I’m looking forward to the next time. ……非常精彩,我期待着下一次。 3.Your timely reply will be highly appreciated. 如能及时回复,我将不胜感激。 二、建议信 建议信是生活中常见的一种文体,是写信人向收信人对某事提出的建议或忠告。建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确,具有合理性和说服力。 [常用表达] (一)引人注目的开头句(表明写信目的) 1.I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble in doing...at the moment.Here are some tips for you. 得知此刻你遇到……麻烦我深感遗憾。这些是给你的建议。 2.You have asked me for my advice regarding/with regard to...and I think the following tips can help you. 你向我征求关于……的建议,我认为以下建议可能会帮到你。 3.I’m delighted to learn that you’re particularly keen on...Here are some practical advice to help you... 我很高兴了解到你特别喜欢……,这里有些实用的建议来帮助你……。 (二)丰富精彩的篇中句(提出建议) 1.When it comes to such a situation,I would like to suggest that...For one thing...For another...What’s more,... 说到这种情况,我想建议……。一方面……另一方面……此外,……。 2.In my opinion/From my point of view,doing sth is a perfect approach to achieving...Additionally,it’s strongly advisable that...Last but not least,it would also be a wise choice if you could... 在我看来,做……是一个实现……的完美方式。此外,我强烈建议……。最后但同样重要的是,如果你能……这也是一个明智的选择 ... ...
