Unit 7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes. 3.掌握语法 含有情态动词should的被动语态结构:主+should be allowed to do sth 【学习重难点】 Talk about what you are allowed to do.. 1.不够严肃_____ 2. 穿耳孔_____ 8. 1. I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to get their ears pierced. I don’t think he will give you a call. We think you can help him, _____? I don’t think he is a good student,_____ (2)本句中的sixteen-year-olds相当于sixteen-year-old teenagers,意为“16岁的孩子/年轻人”。 常见的还有: a two-month holiday 为期两个月的假期 a sixty-pound stone 一块60磅的石头 (3)get their ears pierced属于“get+名词/代词+动词的过去分词”结构,表示“使…… Go and get your hair cut! Why haven’t you got the work done yet Sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to get their ears pierced. should be allowed to do sth. allow sb. to do sth. Mother allows me_____(watch) TV every night. be allowed to do sth. LiLy is allowed _____(go) to Zhengzhou. allow doing sth. It doesn’t allow _____(park) here.
