    Unit 7 It’s raining! Section A 1a-1c教学设计 一、教学目标 (一)知识目标 1.学生能熟练掌握并运用本课重点词汇 weather,rain,rainy,windy,cloudy,sunny,snow,snowy 2.学生能够熟练运用重点句子 -How's the weather in Beijing?/ What's the weather like in Shanghai? -It's raining/sunny/...... (二)能力目标 通过本节课的听说练习学生能学会一些听力技巧、掌握一定听力技能,同时提升语言表达能力。 (三)情感态度目标 1.让学生学会识记世界各大城市的天气状况,教育学生善于观察天气,善于描述周围的事物。    2.培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,了解外国的日常习惯,开拓学生视野。 二、教学重难点及措施 教学重点: 1.询问和表达天气的词汇与句型。    2.现在进行时的用法。    教学难点: 如何引导学生运用所学词汇准确的表达天气和巩固现在进行时的用法,并且引导每个学生参与动口动手。 措施: 运用多媒体,直观,形象地再现教学内容,把教学内容直观化,形象化,使所学知识更具有吸引力,同时降低难度,使学生在老师的引导下,逐步理解并掌握所学知识。更重要地一点就是引入竞争机制,强化小组合作学习,进行师生,生生合作学习,开展教学,优化课堂教学结构,活跃课堂气氛,激发思维火花。 三、教学过程 Step1.lead-in Students enjoy two short videos about the weather. This can arouse students interest and show the topic of this lesson. Step2.Presentation Teach new words about the weather I will show several pictures about the new words on the screen to teach new words about the weather. Students write down and read the words. The teacher helps the students read the words correctly. After reading and remembering the words, students do the exercise in 1a. The teacher asks the students try to use sentences to tell the answers. Listening practice in 1b The teacher expresses the cities and the requirement in 1b and then asks students to listen and match the pictures with the cities names. After checking the answers students read after the tape. The teacher asks students to summarize how to ask the city’s weather. Then show out the sentence pattern. -- How’s the weather in Beijing? -- It’s ....... Step3.Practice The teacher shows pictures about weather and asks students to complete the conversations. In this way, students can further get familiar with the new words. Then students try to make new conversations to finish 1c. They will talk about the weather in each city. This helps students master the sentences. Step4.Exercise in class The teacher shows the exercises on the screen and asks students to finish them. Step5.Summary Students summarize what they have learned and the teacher shows the key words and the sentences on the screen. Step6.Homework Write down the words about the weather.
