    课题 Unit 5 Reading - Surprises at the studio 教学目标 1. 指导学生运用一定的阅读理解学习策略,培养阅读微技能。如:扫读,获取文章大意;寻读,获取核心细节;推断;深层理解等。 2. 通过寻读技巧提取核心词汇,掌握准确填写所需信息的技能。 3 通过整合所提取的信息,完成对故事的简要复述。 教学重点 从文章中提取核心词汇并理清故事情节的结构。 教学难点 用所提取的信息对故事进行简要复述。 Procedures Steps Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Purposes I. Leading in (3minutes) Ask students to watch a short video and lead in the topic. Watch the video and say something about it . 切入主题,引发兴趣。 II. Pre-reading (3 minutes) 1. Guide students to understand some new words. 2. Ask students to Look at the picture and choose the words to fill in the correct boxes. 1. Learn some new words 2. Recognize the identity of each particular person in the picture . 了解故事背景和课文中将出现的角色名称,扫清障碍以便更好地理解课文。 III. While-reading (21 minutes) First-reading Ask students to read each part of the story and find out basic information about the story. (8 minutes) Second-reading Ask students to read the story again and and then find out the elements and the plot of the story . (5 minutes) Third-reading Ask students to read the story in details and complete the form, and then check the answers. (8 minutes) 1. First-reading (1) Read Lines1-7 and Lines 8-14, underline the facts to support the answers according to the questions while reading. (2) Read Lines 15-24 and decide whether the statements are T or F. (3) Read Lines 25-44 and infer the answers . (4) Read Lines 45-51,and complete the table.
