Do you have any problems with your parents or friends?2. What do you always talk about with them?设计意图：本环节旨在通过谈论学生在学习和生活中遇到的各种问题，引出对问题给出合理化建议。Step2. Presentation1.Let the Ss look at the pictures in 1a and show the problems the Ss often meet.2. Discussion: Which of the factors are serious? Which of them are not serious? Make a list and fill in the chart.设计意图：本环节旨在通过热身练习让学生对遇到的问题提出合理的解释和方法，为下文做好铺垫。Step3. Pre-readingAsk the Ss to predict the problems they will listen and read the sentences in 1a.设计意图：听的环节是“输入”的过程，这套教材在教学上强调前、中、后的教学步骤。听前，认读1a中的句子并猜测可能听见的问题，让学生带着问题听，在听的过程中有的放矢。Step4.While-reading1. Play the tape for the first time and let the Ss answer the question: What problems are they talking about?2. Play the tape for the second time and finish activity 1b.3.
