Step two: Presentation Welcome to “r” family. Let’s see who are they. They’re: ar, ir, er, or and ur. Wow , five members. Let’s go and recognize them. Word with “er”, let’s read them together: water, tiger, computer, dinner--er/?/ Where is “er”? Here, in the word “sister”. Sister is a girl. The girl has a bird. The girl has a shirt. The shirt is dirty. Haha! “ir” comes! Let’s go and read the words with “ir”: girl, dirty, bird, shirt--“ir”/ ?:/ Where is “ir”? Here, in the word “sir”. Sir is hurt. Sir need a nurse.
